Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Antibot, an AI-powered community manager for Discord published by Techies Lab, together with the website at antibot.techieslab.app, the Antibot Discord application, the administrative dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By adding Antibot to a Discord server, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a Discord community, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that community.

1. Eligibility And Discord Account

The Service is built on top of Discord and requires a Discord account in good standing. You must meet Discord's own minimum age and eligibility requirements to use Antibot, and your use of Antibot remains subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy at all times.

Installing Antibot into a server requires either server ownership or the Manage Server permission, or approval from someone who holds it - this is a Discord platform requirement, not something Antibot adds on top.

2. Description Of The Service

Antibot provides AI-driven conversation, member memory, proactive engagement, personality customization, moderation assistance, and community analytics inside Discord servers, plus a dashboard for configuring these features.

Antibot is a supporting tool for a community, not a replacement for human moderators or community leadership. Server administrators remain responsible for their community, its rules, and the decisions made about it.

Features, limits, and behavior may change as the Service is developed. Antibot does not guarantee that a specific feature will remain available indefinitely or unchanged.

3. Plans, Pricing, And Billing

Antibot is offered on Free, Plus, Pro, and Custom plans, each with its own server, bot, and AI usage limits. Current plan details and pricing are published on the Antibot homepage pricing section and may be updated from time to time.

The Free plan is a one-time trial rather than an ongoing free tier. Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout; the Custom plan is arranged directly with the Antibot team for organizations with needs beyond Pro.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling a paid plan does not remove Antibot from your server - your community continues running under the Free plan's limits instead.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Antibot may change pricing or plan features going forward, with reasonable notice for existing paid subscribers where practical.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Antibot to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy;
• Violate any applicable law, or the rights of another person or organization;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or facilitate content that does;
• Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized automated messages;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or other Discord servers;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without Techies Lab's written permission.

Antibot may restrict a feature, a server's access to the Service, or an account when it reasonably believes these Terms, Discord's own policies, or applicable law have been violated.

5. AI-Generated Content

Antibot's replies, summaries, and suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. AI output is provided as a convenience, not as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

Server administrators and members should use judgment before relying on or acting on anything Antibot says. Antibot does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or free from third-party claims - see the Copyright Policy for how intellectual property in AI-generated content is treated.

6. User Content And Data

To provide its features, Antibot processes message content, member information, and activity in the channels where it has been granted access. What is collected, how it is used, and how long it is retained is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You retain the rights you hold in content you provide to Antibot. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share that content with Antibot and to use whatever Antibot generates from it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Antibot software, website, dashboard, documentation, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Techies Lab. Using the Service does not transfer ownership of these materials to you, and you receive only the limited permission needed to use the Service as intended. 8. Third-Party Services

Antibot operates on top of Discord and may integrate with other third-party services over time. Techies Lab does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of Discord or any other third-party service the Service relies on or links to.

Outages, policy changes, or restrictions from Discord or another third-party provider can affect Antibot's availability or functionality, including in ways outside Techies Lab's control.

9. Service Availability And Changes

Antibot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Techies Lab does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techies Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techies Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, and Techies Lab's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not allow it to be limited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Techies Lab harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing Antibot from your server through Discord's own integration settings. Techies Lab may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a server or account that violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification - continue to apply after the Service is no longer used.

13. Changes To These Terms

Techies Lab may update these Terms as the Service, its features, or applicable requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the most recent version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Antibot website, Discord community, or other available channels where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
