Content Quality Management

Last updated:

Antibot is a customizable AI community bot for Discord published by Techies Lab. It helps communities start conversations, personalize member interactions, summarize activity, support moderation, and maintain meaningful engagement.

This Content Quality Management Policy explains how Antibot approaches the relevance, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement of content created or processed through its artificial intelligence features.

Content Quality Summary

  • Antibot aims to create relevant content based on server settings, available conversation context, and enabled features.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before important decisions are made.
  • Server administrators control the channels, permissions, personality, and available Antibot features.
  • Antibot may limit or refuse content that appears harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful.
  • Users and administrators can report inaccurate, inappropriate, or low-quality responses to the Antibot team.

1. Purpose Of This Policy

This policy describes the principles Antibot uses to manage content quality throughout the Service.

It applies to AI chat responses, proactive conversation starters, community summaries, AI Smart Overview, member memory, member lookup, custom personalities, moderation assistance, onboarding messages, and other content created or processed by Antibot.

The purpose of this policy is to help users and Discord server administrators understand:

  • How Antibot generates and evaluates content;
  • What factors may affect content quality;
  • What safeguards may be applied;
  • What responsibilities belong to users and administrators;
  • How content concerns can be reported.

2. Antibot's Content Quality Principles

Antibot's content management approach is based on the following principles.

Relevance

Antibot aims to generate responses that are relevant to the user's request, the selected feature, the available conversation context, and the configuration of the Discord server.

Clarity

Antibot aims to provide understandable and appropriately structured responses. The level of detail may vary according to the request and available context.

Community Appropriateness

Content should be suitable for the server, channel, and community in which Antibot is operating. Server administrators are responsible for configuring Antibot appropriately for their members.

Safety

Antibot may limit, redirect, or refuse requests that appear to involve harmful, abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content.

Transparency

Users should understand that Antibot's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for every situation.

Continuous Improvement

Feedback, reported issues, product usage, and technical evaluation may be used to improve Antibot's reliability and overall user experience where permitted.

3. AI-Generated Content

Antibot uses artificial intelligence to create responses, conversation starters, community summaries, personalized messages, moderation assistance, and other community-related content.

AI-generated content is produced automatically. It is not necessarily written, reviewed, or approved by a human before it appears. Although Antibot aims to generate useful and relevant content, an AI response may:

  • Contain inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Misunderstand a message or conversation;
  • Lack important context;
  • Repeat information;
  • Produce an inappropriate tone;
  • Present an opinion as if it were a fact;
  • Refer to outdated information;
  • Generate similar content for different users or communities.

Users should evaluate AI-generated content before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

4. Conversation Starters And Community Engagement

Antibot may generate proactive conversation starters intended to encourage authentic participation in Discord communities. The relevance of a conversation starter may depend on:

  • The selected Antibot personality;
  • The server's configuration;
  • The permitted Discord channels;
  • Recent community discussions;
  • Available conversation context;
  • Member interests voluntarily shared with Antibot;
  • The features enabled by the server administrator.

Antibot should not be configured to overwhelm channels, repeatedly interrupt discussions, impersonate members, or artificially manipulate community activity.

Server administrators should periodically review proactive conversation settings and adjust them when messages become repetitive, irrelevant, or unsuitable for the community.

5. Personalization And Member Memory

Member memory helps Antibot provide more relevant interactions by using appropriate context from previous conversations or information voluntarily shared by members. Depending on the enabled features, relevant context may include:

  • Member interests;
  • Games or projects discussed in the community;
  • Previous interactions with Antibot;
  • Community roles;
  • Frequently discussed subjects;
  • Community milestones;
  • Other non-sensitive information shared in permitted channels.

Antibot's understanding of a member may be incomplete or incorrect. Member memory should not be treated as a verified profile or authoritative record.

Users should not provide passwords, payment information, government identifiers, medical information, authentication codes, access tokens, or other sensitive personal information to Antibot.

6. Community Summaries And AI Smart Overview

Antibot may summarize conversations, community activity, recurring topics, member participation, or other available Discord information.

A summary is an automated interpretation of the information Antibot can access. It may omit details, combine related discussions, misunderstand tone, or fail to represent every community member's perspective.

Community summaries and AI Smart Overview should be used as supporting information rather than a complete or permanent record of server activity.

Administrators should review important summaries before using them for announcements, moderation, member evaluation, or community decisions.

7. Moderation-Related Content

Antibot may provide AI-powered moderation features, including content flagging or automated actions enabled by a server administrator.

AI moderation can support community management, but it may not correctly interpret every message. Humor, cultural context, quotations, slang, coded language, and conversations between members may affect the result. Server administrators remain responsible for:

  • Establishing community rules;
  • Configuring moderation features;
  • Reviewing whether automation is appropriate;
  • Evaluating contested moderation actions;
  • Protecting members from misuse;
  • Providing an appropriate appeal process within their community.

Antibot-generated moderation signals should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions outside Discord community management.

8. Content Safety Measures

Antibot may apply technical or operational measures intended to reduce harmful or inappropriate output. Depending on the request and feature, Antibot may limit, redirect, or refuse content involving:

  • Harassment or targeted abuse;
  • Threats or encouragement of violence;
  • Sexual exploitation;
  • Harm involving children;
  • Hate-based attacks;
  • Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activity;
  • Unauthorized access or malicious software;
  • Disclosure of highly sensitive personal information;
  • Intellectual property infringement;
  • Other unlawful or seriously harmful conduct.

No automated safeguard can identify every harmful message or prevent every inappropriate response. Users and administrators should report content that appears to bypass Antibot's safeguards.

9. Server Administrator Controls

Discord server administrators determine how Antibot is configured within their communities. Depending on the available features, administrators may control:

  • The channels Antibot can access;
  • Discord permissions granted to Antibot;
  • Antibot's personality and communication style;
  • Proactive conversation features;
  • Member memory and history features;
  • Moderation functions;
  • Roles allowed to use administrative commands;
  • Other community preferences.

Administrators should grant only the permissions required for their selected features and review the configuration when community rules or member expectations change.

A configuration that works for one Discord server may not be appropriate for another server.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the prompts, messages, instructions, and other content they provide to Antibot. Users should:

  • Provide clear and appropriate instructions;
  • Avoid submitting sensitive personal information;
  • Review generated content before sharing it;
  • Verify important factual information;
  • Respect copyright, privacy, and other legal rights;
  • Avoid using Antibot to deceive, harass, or harm others;
  • Report serious content quality or safety problems;
  • Follow the rules of the relevant Discord community.

Users must not intentionally manipulate Antibot into creating content that violates applicable law, Discord requirements, community rules, or the rights of another person.

11. Reporting Content Quality Concerns

Users and administrators may report an inaccurate, harmful, inappropriate, repetitive, biased, or otherwise low-quality Antibot response. A useful report should include:

  • The Discord server ID, when relevant;
  • The channel ID;
  • The message ID or direct message link;
  • The feature involved;
  • A description of the problem;
  • The expected result;
  • Any relevant context that helps explain the issue;
  • A screenshot when necessary.

Reports should not contain passwords, authentication credentials, payment information, or unrelated personal information. Content quality reports may be submitted to [email protected].

12. Review And Corrective Actions

When Antibot receives a content quality report, the team may review the available information and determine whether an action is appropriate. Possible actions may include:

  • Requesting additional context;
  • Reviewing the affected feature;
  • Correcting product documentation;
  • Adjusting a configuration recommendation;
  • Improving instructions provided to the AI system;
  • Restricting problematic behavior;
  • Updating a safety measure;
  • Informing the user that the issue cannot be reproduced;
  • Taking no action when the report cannot be verified.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific correction, product change, or response time.

13. Limitations Of Content Quality Management

Antibot cannot guarantee that every response will be accurate, original, complete, unbiased, safe, or appropriate for every Discord community. Content quality may be affected by:

  • Missing or unclear user instructions;
  • Limited conversation context;
  • Incorrect information provided by users;
  • Discord permissions and channel restrictions;
  • Server configuration;
  • The selected Antibot feature or plan;
  • Ambiguous language;
  • Technical errors;
  • Limitations of artificial intelligence.

Antibot should not replace qualified professional advice in legal, medical, financial, security, or other high-impact matters.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional before relying on AI-generated information for important decisions.

14. Changes To This Policy

Antibot may update this Content Quality Management Policy when its features, AI systems, community-management tools, safety measures, or reporting processes change.

The "Last updated" date at the beginning of this policy identifies the most recent version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Antibot website, Discord community, or other available communication channels.
